When we first launched Moorepay – a cloud-based integrated HR and Payroll solution – in March this year, we knew it could be a true game changer for the small and medium sized business market in the UK. Industry analysts were impressed with our open and honest approach to the pricing and positioning of the product and seven months on it’s fantastic to say that we have secured 300 new client wins.
In the previous edition of our NGA newsletter we’ve been reflecting on the future of HR BPO, while reviewing the past and present of the HR outsourcing industry.
If you are on Twitter, I am sure you recognize the illustration: the Twitter whale signals that the system is not working as it should. Unless you are in the middle of a tweet-up, Twitter being out of service is unlikely to be more than annoying. But what about other cloud applications we have come to rely on? Technology is one of the three ingredients to successfully transforming HR – the other two ingredients are people and processes. Many organizations have managed to achieve significant transformation by focusing on best practice process design, aligning their HR resources in a service delivery model that leverages insourcing or outsourcing, and redefining the role of the HR business partner.
