We've become used to digital and mobile tools that make our lives easier. The number of smart phones keeps growing and almost every company, product or service has its own app these days. More and more employees take their own mobile devices to work, and in places such as bars and restaurants, train stations and other public venues Wi-Fi access is available. HR apps are particularly interesting and effective for common processes involving large volumes.

The recession. . . Everybody has been talking about it. Up to today, it remains a constant subject of discussion. In fact, we’re in the middle of it. Or are we really? The answer would depend on how you look at the world, I guess. It’s a fact that managers have become cautious and fearful because of the recession and its implications for their organizations.
It has been one year since we launched Moorepayhr, and this first anniversary presents a great opportunity for us to share with you some of our initial experiences and successes.
As the New Year begins amidst commentary from Governments, Financiers and the Media saying that it will be one of the toughest we have faced, the one constant that all businesses and organizations must consider in order to survive and, hopefully thrive, is their people. With this in mind, I give to you my three lead predictions for the changing face of HR in 2012’s business landscape.
