We’re proud to support the appointment of Jason Davenport to the CIPP (The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals) Board of Trustees in the UK.

Jason was elected to the Board at the end of 2012 and has been a member of the NorthgateArinso (NGA) team in the UK since 2009. His current role with NGA Is Global Process Owner for Payroll.

The reality of consulting engagements is that 50 percent are delivered late, over budget, or below scope. This is especially true for more specialized implementations such as payroll systems where there could be a lack of domain knowledge from IT professionals in the organization. Payroll is just about the hardest system there is to implement, especially for large enterprises or companies with employees in multiple countries that have to accommodate different languages, cultures, and government regulations.
