Ten years ago, NorthgateArinso (NGA) undertook the largest public sector HRO project of its kind by working with the State of Florida to implement its People First system – a HR framework that serves more than 200,000 employees and retirees. We are excited to share that this groundbreaking project continues to evolve and was recently awarded a 2011 Brandon Hall “Excellence in Learning” Silver Award.
