Anita Lettink is VP Northern Europe and leads NGA's activities in this region. In addition to full P/L responsibility, she is responsible for leading the region on a profitable growth strategy, overseeing all of NGA’s client relationships, business development, sales and operations. Anita has extensive experience working for global organizations and has acquired a great amount of international experience while working with multinational teams in a variety of roles, ranging from expert consultant to program director. Prior to her current role at NGA, Anita was Managing Director for the Netherlands, leading one of NGA's largest business operations. She joined NGA in 2001 and has a proven track record in delivering value to customers by leading HR Transformation, Consulting and Outsourcing engagements. Anita played a key role in founding the HR Business Consulting team at NGA. From 2008 to 2011, she worked as Director HR Outsourcing, where she transformed the operations and was responsible for the CIAN acquisition. As guest speaker, Anita regularly delivers keynotes on the subject of HR Transformation and Outsourcing at industry conferences. She is also the author of several white papers and articles. Anita holds a master of arts degree from the Free University of Amsterdam and has followed several postgraduate courses in business administration and executive management, among others, at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen, Open University of Maastricht and Vlerick Management School.
Michael Custers currently serves as VP marketing for NorthgateArinso, overseeing worldwide marketing activities, including analyst & public relations, product marketing, event & lead management, branding, and CRM. Michael joined NorthgateArinso in 2005, as Director Investor Relations & Communications. In his current role, Michael helps NorthgateArinso translate the many advantages of HR technology to customer-oriented business benefits, working with customers, analysts, and journalists. Over the last
months, Michael has been deeply involved in rolling out Software-as-a-Service technologies, both internally with Salesforce.com, and externally launching NorthgateArinso's euHReka OnDemand offering.
Tuomo Ropponen is the business development manager at NorthgateArinso Nordics.Tuomo has hold several roles at NorthgateArinso, including lead consultant and project manager, and has a strong background in delivering HRIS and HR business intelligence solutions to global companies. Prior to his current role he was leading the HCM & analytics team in the Nordics. He has helped various global companies to set-up their HR analytical solutions and build global KPIs to better measure and develop their business perf
ormance.He has worked in HCM and analytics business since 1996. Prior to joining NorthgateArinso, he worked for Hewlett-Packard, SAP Nordics and SAP UK.
Sander Kloppenburg is the global lead for HR Analytics & Reporting within NorthgateArinso Consulting, based in the Netherlands. He has a background in BI and Analytics for more then 9 years in several industries and business processes. In October 2011 he successfully completed his MBA on Business Information Strategy. He worked mainly as strategic consultant and project manager for national, international and global programs. His expertise focus is on helping clients understand the strategic value of analyti
cs and information management and making sure the projects perform as targeted. Sander is one of the thought leaders in the HR analytics framework for NorthgateArinso.
As a managing consultant, Steve Foster has worked with a wide range of major clients, helping them transform their HR operations. Steve also managed Northgate’s HR Outsourcing division. He brings specialist knowledge of HR business process improvement, e-HRM planning and implementation, outsourcing and change management.
Steve regularly presents at HR/technology conferences, has published several articles on technology strategy and human capital management and is regularly quoted in professional magazin
es and journals. A current area of interest is how organizations make sense of e-HRM technology and its impact on HR transformation – Steve is currently undertaking Doctoral research into this area through Hertfordshire Business School.
Pam van der Vlugt is partner at Carv Company (www.carvcompany.nl) . Carv Company has a partnership with NorthgateArinso NL with respect to Strategic Talent Management. Pam has a background in Organizational Psychology with a strong focus on Strategic Talent Management and workforce management. Prior to her own company, she worked at Logica NL where she was responsible for implementing a Strategic Talent Management policy within Logica NL. She was also involved in the global task forces Talent Management and Organizational Design & Development at Logica.
Mariëlle Hoekman is a Business Consultant at NorthgateArinso in the Netherlands. She has a broad knowledge of HR processes in organizations, complemented with a substantial HR knowledge and practical experience of SAP HCM. She has actively supported organizations of all sizes and industries in designing, implementing, optimizing and/or outsourcing HR organizations and Shared Service Centers in a multinational environment. In addition, Mariëlle also focuses on people and organizational elements of the business forStrategic Talent Management.
